The Xbox 360 replacement is the icon news getting rumors around. While Microsoft is not ready to admit the release is on its way but the gaming community suggests the Next-Gen Xbox may sport various features.

The new machine is the Xbox 720 is rumored to have new features while Microsoft states only disc drive to not having a drive at all. Concerning the graphical prowess, the new Xbox 720 could have potential to be a real powerhouse. According to another rumor Microsoft’s new machine contains two separate GPUs, working independently, and not working in tandem ala Crossfire or SLI. As the existence of GPUs is not confirmed yet so its maker unknown as well. But it is confirmed that Microsoft used NVIDIA for these functions in its earlier releases.

The rumors regarding the New-Gen Xbox are including disc-less Xbox may be developed on the idea of game developers eager to reduce rampant piracy. It is for the purpose so that Downloadable games without disc-based alternatives could eliminate workaround for getting original content, but can sustain opposition from the ones who do not high-speed internet access. The logic of this rumor is really odd as VG247, the next Xbox would require consistent and reliable internet so that it can work. This rumor of the Xbox is also unclear for the users who do not bear internet connection. But soon an internet-based machine is ready for the release, with the wish internet connections become easily accessible around the globe which is really a long time plan.
